Rush Alpha Kappa Psi
Alpha Kappa Psi is the oldest and largest professional co-ed business fraternity open for all majors. Founded on the values of Brotherhood, service, integrity, Knowledge, and Unity, we strive to better ourselves while learning how to be leaders to our peers.

What Rush Consist off?
"Rushing Alpha Kappa Psi is a very unique experience. The fraternity and usually a Rush Committee puts together a week’s worth of events that interested parties can attend. These invents range from every day casual events to professional dress interviews. We like to see as much of the potential new members as we can.
This year, Fall 2015, we have four events prepared for potential new members.
Our first event is called “First Impressions” and it is a business casual event that will allow the members of the fraternity to mingle with the potential new members and share their favorite experiences as a member of our fraternity.
Our second event is an interview night. This is just as it sounds. Our potential new members and our current members will dress to impress, business professional, and our members will have questions prepared for the potential new members. The goal of this event is to get to know the potential new members on a professional level.
Our third event is simply a very casual get together. We will be tailgating at the first home football game of the year. This is a chance to interact with potential new members as students and friends. After all, we are a fraternity of professional fun.
Our final event is the crowd favorite. Members and potential new members will play a game of Blue and Gold Capture the Flag. This is a semi-annual event that is an absolute blast. This gives members and potential new members a chance to see the competitive-nature of everybody involved.
As you can see, we have a mixture of professional and fun events that allow the potential new members to get to know all sides of our fraternity and it gives an opportunity to members of our fraternity to learn about the potential new members."
